I have got a confirmation from DBEC and my case is in data review. Not closed... :) Now the online tracking system is not available. I assume the final release will come soon.
No worries. You are not the first one to report this. But it's good to have your lawyer check into it so you can get a more accurate update.

I also tried my case and it says it is closed. My 45-Day letter was replied in March. I want to believe that the system is still being tested but I will like to hear from more people.
Congratulations on your approval. I have the similar PD as yours but mine is EB3. I think the 45 DL was replied on the 15th of March. When was yours replied? Thank you and good luck in the next stages.

It's good to hear back from you again. It looks like your analysis is right about what the USCIS is doing right now. So you think PERM EB2 is the way to go? Are you going that route yourself?

Thanks for the answer. I guess my assumption was a little bit different. The EB3 people have to wait for the PD to become current before they can even apply for I-485. My question is, if you are in EB3 and you get your LC and I-140 approved, and your company closes before you file for I-485...

Thanks. sfmars. I did not know that TX,CA,AZ and NM are states which have big numbers of 245i people. So can we expect to see the I-485 application cutoff date to move quickly for the EB3 category in the coming months? It will be a miracle if EB3 becomes current before the end of the year... :D

What I meant by the worldwide EB-3 retrogression is that after you get your I-140 approved, you cannot file for I-485 before your PD becomes current. Right now it is sitting at May-2001 for all countries other than China, India and Phillipines. I wonder how that may change in...
