I have got a confirmation from DBEC and my case is in data review. Not closed... :) Now the online tracking system is not available. I assume the final release will come soon.

I would recommend people who have the cases as "closed" to contact their lawyers. After all, it wouldn't hurt to get your status confirmed. Good luck!

It is the beta version of the site and I think right now they just input random data. If more people can confirm that then it will be better...

I also tried my case and it says it is closed. My 45-Day letter was replied in March. I want to believe that the system is still being tested but I will like to hear from more people.

Thanks for the answer. I guess my assumption was a little bit different. The EB3 people have to wait for the PD to become current before they can even apply for I-485. My question is, if you are in EB3 and you get your LC and I-140 approved, and your company closes before you file for I-485...

Thanks. sfmars. I did not know that TX,CA,AZ and NM are states which have big numbers of 245i people. So can we expect to see the I-485 application cutoff date to move quickly for the EB3 category in the coming months? It will be a miracle if EB3 becomes current before the end of the year... :D

Hello, Sfmars: What I meant by the worldwide EB-3 retrogression is that after you get your I-140 approved, you cannot file for I-485 before your PD becomes current. Right now it is sitting at May-2001 for all countries other than China, India and Phillipines. I wonder how that may change in...

Thanks. I wish I could be the one proving your theory to be true. Although at this moment we are still going to be affected by the worldwide retrogression on EB-3. I hope things will turn out better. I am waiting to see April's VISA bulletin.....

Congratulations. I am still waiting for mine. My Priority Date is 12/2003 from Michigan. I have not yet checked with my lawyer in the past 2 months because I think they are always being proactive ;) Anyone else from Michigan who got their SWA cases approved? We would love to hear from you....
