I do think you have to give enough time between the queries. Also if yours if due to visa availability, there is no point until your date becomes current. Mine was delayed due to the name check which is a black hole.

Everytime I raised an enquiry with VSC, I got a letter saying that my case has been delayed due to security check. Thats how I knew. After you call them and raise an enquiry it takes about a month to get this letter.

As long as you can show some papers for your leagl stay, you will not have any problems in getting your loan. I just did it last august and happy home owner.

May be some of our NCs are getting cleared. I have read in the threads before that when the NC is cleared the LUD changes and followed by more LUD changes before the approval. I am hoping for the best !!!!!! :confused:

My LUD changed on 3/11 too. I am also stuck in the infamous name check. I am hoping this is a good sign, but I am also doubtful whether the second FP notice will trigger a LUD change or not.

My second EAD and AP both got approved on Feb15th. Took about two months. Seems like they have started working on then now.

I have called many times and every time I was told that they cannot access any more information than we see on line. So I asked many questions and she said she can raise a query with USCIS and they will reply by mail within 30 days. I am waiting for that now.
