Thanks. I'll ask my lawyer to do what you suggested and hopefully he'll do the right thing. While my lawyer is pretty good in what he does, I haven't had much luck in getting anything done my way.

And yes, as per my lawyer, the incorrect date is not an issue. According to him, the focus of the RFE in question is to determine if the job offer is still available and valid and the incorrect date should not have any impact.
