I-94 Hi, This would be the first step in obtaining a green card, then? When we met with an attorney, he specified that a passport stamp/I-94 was needed. Since we didn't have that, we needed a 102 form before we could even file the rest of our paperwork.

Hello, We need to complete an I-94, a replacement for the arrival stamp in the passport. I tried to go to the INS website, but it's not available for download. Anyone know how to proceed?
