Reasonable time factor I have read at many places that you have to stay with you current employer for reasonable amount of time after getting the approval for 485. I am not sure what that reasonable time is? Is it six months or a year, or something else!!!! Thanks

I was wondering how long do I need to stay with my current employer, who sponsored for GC, after the approval of 485. My case was approved about seven months ago. Is it safe time to leave my current employer? Thanks a bunch

RFE for employment confirmation INS mailed RFE on March 15th and gave until June 10th to reply. You should have at least a couple of months to respond.
