My FP is going to be almost 15 months old and was wondering if I can also send the letter requesting approval before FP expiration. Do you happen to have the letter to share? What should I do in this case?

the speed of i-485 processing has slowed down considerably. in two weeks it only progressed by one week...is it cyclical..that some times they process 2 months in two weeks and at other times one week in two weeks!! Any insights!!

I just got an RFE for my I-140 application. Once I send them the rquired info is it going to take the same amount of time as to process a New I-140 or is it considerably lower? Do they give priority to RFE I -140 over new I-140?
