    Did you ever receive an answer to your question. I would be interested in hearing the answer because I have a parallel situation.

    1. Is it possible to transfer from L1A from Company A to H1B for company B. 2. If yes, does the ability to begin work with company B kick in immediately or would I have to wait until October 1. 3. If no, are there any other solutions for changing from Company A to B.
