Certified!!! In the end certified, certified on Nov 10 as per AVM. Does any one have any idea, as to how long it take for the lawyer to get the physical documents from DOL?

Update on my case status. "Remanded to employer" R_RO May 12 2003 case # 044 035XX status updated 09/17/2004 DOL wants to know as to how many resumes the company received in response to the advertisment, also what were the reasons for them being rejected.
