Thanks for your quick reply. Currenty I am in India only. is there will be a problem at the consulate if I go for H1 stamping...?? in view of having L1 till 2007 And recently my wife got the L2. And we plan to go for H1 & H4 simultaneously. Will there be any problem at consulate...??
