How many people uptil now have got Interview dates or are sure of getting July interview dates. ? Also, how many people does the consulate interview for Employment based immigrant visas, does anyone have a count. I\'m trying to figure out if I can make it in for July interviews ?

I applied for I140 with AOS option, After 140, I applied for I824 After receiving the receipt, my lawyer sent P3 along with 140 approval and 824 receipt to Mumbai consulate.

Are there any known issues associated with travelling to another country before going for the consulate interview ?

My AC140 was also accepted around 24th May. Consulate informed me of August Interview. Is it true all Employmeny cases are scheduled b/w after 20th of each month ?

If the Consulate issues a Case Number for ACI140 , does that mean ... that they have accepted the petition and are just waiting to give the interview date ? Please advise.

What do you need exactly for PCC. Immihelp says : If you are currently staying in United States and are going to do consular processing in Mumbai, you need to get the clearance letter from the nearest Indian Consulate or Embassy in the U.S. and nothing from Indian side. What does this mean ?

Does the indian embassy keep the Passport for 30-45 days till the PCC is cleared. I\'m applying through CP at the Mumbai consulate ? Thanks
