7th year extension What I heard from my lawyer is this:  For you to be able to extend your H1 beyond 6 years, you should have: 1. Filed for I-140, AND 2. Your LC should have been filed atleast one year prior to your 6-year completion date

No Title When I called Pittsburgh SESA couple of days ago, they were processing Feb 1, 2002 for RIR cases and March 1, 2002 for non-RIR. So your case should move to Philly DOL soon. Keep us posted with any updates.

Non-RIR in Pittsburgh Has anybody applied for LC under non-RIR in Pittsburgh ? Any input is greatly appreciated. When I called Pittsburgh SESA, they mentioned that they are currently processing March 1, 2002 for non-RIR category. I just wanted to reconfirm this with you all. -----Thanks
