when your I-485 gets denied your EAD, AP also get denied. I do not think you can apply for an EAD extension. Better confirm from your attorney if you can

I applied for AP on June 11. Have not got it yet. Looks like they are screwing up EADs and APs too.

I am in the same boat as u. All security, background checks complete but no visa Nos available. Spoke to IO approx 50 times, took 2 infopass appointments, 3 SR requests, 1 query from Senator. No use !!! :mad: Looks like we are in the pool of USCIS F**k*d up cases :mad:

Spoke to NSC IO today and asked about my case. She said that everything was fine but no visas are available till Oct 1. That looks correct since there have been no approvals in NSC since yesterday. After Oct 1 India EB3 is f**k*d since date is 22-apr-2001. So long wait for guys like us :mad:

you cannot call FBI now. I called 1800 No and got IO in NSC. The national customer reps are useless so always call NSC What the hell is a background check. How is it diferrent from a namecheck and fingerprint check

Birdaz, If your last FP was on 5/18/2006 it has expired since it is valid for only 15 months. You might want to raise a service request to get another FP done
