    It very simple: There are 110,000 selected candidates for 55,000 visas. Some of the selected drop off or never bother to file for whatever reasons. The cut-off numbers will have to be always bigger then the potential country limit, so the visas could be used. Very logical - financial...

    Definetelly with certified mail or currier service - you don't want them to get lost in the Bulgarian Post service, do you ??? Don't save money on this !!! It's a too risky to have them lost. HTH

    I got approved , I am speechless

    COngratulations, Cider !! I know how you feel - got approved last year, but still waiting for my wife's and son's approvals. It's one of the best moments in life for the asylees. It's almost unreal when it comes. Have fun and enjoy your new feature w/o the worries. Best of luck,

    Received FP Notice Today

    Just to give you a sence of reality - my wife had FP August, 2003 but still waiting for final AOS decision. The process is slow now days. You can measure it by the number of people posting their approvals. Very painfull..... :(

    Congratulations for your success. Usingn a immigration lawer is always a good idea . BTW you have got a deal. $800 is much less for what I-602 cost on the West Cost. Prices are from $1,000 to $1,500 for such waiver. :)
