How do you change your address with the DOS? I paid the $375 a few months ago but I just realized that the fee is $440. I am about to send them another $65 so should I put my new address in that form?

Yes , I sent my AOS packge before current , I went to USICS this Summer on May, they said I can send AOS after Oct or now at the time.
