there is no specific time to get it, I get it after 5 days while my cousin in 6 weeks. anyway they will mention the estimated date for you when you apply for it. good luck.

you need EAD card + SSN to get your driver licence. you can get the EAD if you granted asylum or after 150 days from filing date, you can also get your SSN after the EAD. good luck.
