permanant transfer one u transfer ur h1.. thats it.. u r nothing to do with ur old employer. it stands good for any number of tranfers.- raghavan27

Help---H1 Visa stamping in Canda
Not possible here as you know you must go out of US and have your passport stamped.You can go to any country canada,mexico etc. but because now the revalidation/ stamping process has become very difficult,the best advise given by Homeland security and also people like me is that one should...- raghavan27

H4 Visa stamping in Mumbai but passport issued in Patna?
Dilemma on H1 Revalidation and on H4 hi all out there in Immigarionportal.com i have my visa on the passport until 2006 with company A.
