Stop Transfer ??? Say h1b transfer is in the process and I wish to continue my job with old company (they havent revoked my h1b) . I will need to ask transfer filling company to withdraw the h1b transfer .. ??? NO way I can do it on my own ????? am i right ???

You can be in USA for 15 days after lay off. So, If new company files for H1B within 15 days you are good to go. (Also, if H1B is not revoked than you are ok. Although, big companies revoke H1B and generally contract companies do not)

My friend is changing company. New company is doing H1 B transfer in NON-PREMIUM. Can they file for LC (and may be 2nd/3rd) stage while H1B is still with INS as transfer case. Thus, if H1B transfer is still pending than can new company file for LC and other stages
