    Can use of medical condition as a reason for B2 extension prove negative

    My mother is here in the United States wth a 6 month B2 visa valid until May '03. Also she has undergoing treatments at a local cllinic, which if taken for another 6 months would help. I am sure the Physician wouldn't mind giving me a letter to file along with the I-539 application. My...
