Thank you thyramax. I do not have my previous I-94 copies, its been taken by arilines whenever i traveled out of country. If they ask my previous I-94 what should i tell them? And also i am not retaining my old pay slips, but i have all my w2 forms.

I have filed my I485 in Aug 15, 2007 at NSC. In Feb'2008 i moved to Texas and updated my address to USCIS. Will they transfer my application to TSC? because currently i live in Texas. Whether this address change will slow down my process? Is there any chance USCIS to approve my case...

Thank you for your reply. If join with my previous employer then only they will file my I485. Look like that may take some time to join. the problem i see hear is validity of labour approval for 180 days is effective from July 16th. Is this affect my case if i want to file I1485 after July 16th.
