It's waived. Will I be able to get advance parole while waiting for the Green card?

I don't think so. We went to another department this afternoon asking about the status of our Advance parole and they said they can only process an advanced parole at their location if it is a life or death situation. I doubt a marriage would qualify. We are still looking for other ways...

do you mean married? We have been married throughout the process. The person who interviewed us says she doesn't have the power to approve and has to send it to someone else for final approval. But she was recommending approval for us.
