I applied 2 485 's at the same time got approved too. First send the second 485 and send a letter to withdraw the first one. There won't be any issues.Send I-130 and 485 to the local office, not to the service center.

Online Status When i check online status, it is saying too many enquiries.I checked may be 10-15 times so far(Not in a day) Has anyone is having this situation?

My 2 cents here.You don't need to go from F1 to H4.I saw my friend's case(Successful inthis matter).It's all depends on the lawyer.
