Be truthful in your N400, never assume that they won't dig it up even if you think it was 'expunged'. Just be prepared to speak do it, not like its a felony, seems rather minor.
Sorry, forgot to mention that. I went expedited so 2-3 weeks instead of 5-6 weeks so I was told. And it was just a little longer then two weeks as it turns out.

Well I'm done with the Naturalization process, received my Passport yesterday so I'm all set. It took about 5.5 months for those looking for a bench mark time line.
