jay 2005: This month my lawyer sent letter to USCIS for interfilling (TSC). I will keep everybody informed of the outcome. My situation is similar to yours except that I am dealing with TSC which has a better track record regarding this particular issue.

Does Infopass appointment trigger a LUD change? I requested an Infopass appointment on 24 Feb (friday) and LUD changed on 25th (saturday). Does USCIS have saturday hours too??

I had my second Biometrics done on 15th feb. How can I find out if I have cleared FBI name check? LUD did change after the biometrics however I have been told that it only means that FP has cleared and not the name check. First biopmetrics were done in Dec 04. Thanks.

At what stage of I 485 do they do FBI name check? My first FP was Dec 04 and next FP is for next week. PD is current and I am hoping for approval soon. Irrational exuberance on my part or is it realistic optimisum?

I had Biometrics done 12/04. Today I got another letter for ACS (Biometrics). Is it routine for biometrics to be repeated every few years? I was affected by retrogression and PD has just become current. Thank you.
