Did you use the same labor to file 140 or did you go for a new labor.?
what are the reasons did they mention for the denial of your 140 and 485?

Suppose if the job description has a requirement of EB2 say BS + 5 years of experience , and by mistake the lawyer applied my labor in EB3 ,

For EB2 you need to have BS(3years)+ 1year PGDCA or equivalant + 5 years.
