The new 485 processing time moves back a month to Aug 13, 2006. It is so dissappointing. Can anybody shed light on the future movement of the processing time, especially, how the big jump in the VB priority date affect the 485 process in the future?

That is true. My concern is if they have lost my case or messed up something because, whenever I called VSC representative (not national service center), anybody, even the supervisor, told me that my case is in process at AAO. I guess it won't take so long to send my case from AAO to VSC, right...

That is a very interesting and lucky story, which also reflects the unpredictibility of USCIS. Hopefully good things can also happen to me. I decide to file a new NIW, at least as a backup, while I am still fighting for the pending one.
