Wife is in India for 9 months - with GC. Is admission into US - a problem?
7th yr H1b My 6 years H1B expires in june. I-140 approved june\'01. Still unmarried. Planning on filing I-485. Employer is filing 7th year extn. If I marry after 6 years deadline, will my wife get H-4 visa at Chennai consulate with my 7th year H1B extn? Does anyone have a clue?
