    How to change non-degree J1 with HRR to H1-B or F1

    j1 to b1 I am subject to two year HRR, I am about to leave to my home country and I am still waiting for my waiver from DOS. Can I go back to India and apply for a B1 without having waiver. Will I be able to come under B1. Any reply in regards to this would be appreciated. Thanks sreeni
