It means anybody who has a certified labor in EB2 category with priority date before jan 2003 can apply for I - 140 and I - 485 at one go(concurrent filing)

T, as per information in the previous pages means that partial data entry is completed. Once the full data entry is completed u will be assigned a D number.

I asked for status of my case and my lawyer sent me a screenshot, i believe screenshot is the way to get the status. make sure your lawyer does it for you though, so that we do not have a lot of ppl mailing the BECs.
