Yesterday I got message saying my wife got RFE for marriage cert. Today it is my turn When checked up lately AVM said, they have sent out a notice to deny my case. I dont know whether it is because my wife got RFE. Just waiting for the actual notice. Nara

No Title Thank you guys for your responses. Today my lawer called and said it was indeed about marriage cert. They need something official cert. not affadafit. I have not asked him yet that wheter thry will accept cert from consulate. I will update if I get any news Thanks again nara

This is my first message to this board. I checked AVM yesterday and it said RFE issued for my wife. I dont know the details yet. My guess is that it is for marriage cert. I dont have a marriage certificate but only affadafit. Can I get the certificate from the consulate ? are there any guys...
