I think you can take two affidavits from Parent with the DOB on your passport and you do not have to submit the DOB Certificate. Make sure your parents mention on the affidavit that they have not intimated the Municipality about your birth blah..blah... I think this is one way you can get...

Can someone throw somelight on the maximum duration we got to respond to RFE after the RFE is issued ?? My Freind got the RFE issued on 01/19/2005. I guess the RFE was sent to the attorney's office. So I would like to know by when they need to respond to the RFE..RFE was on 485...
