Valid Stamped H1B and I-94 Expired
Thanks for your response. But i still have some queries 1. In case my petition is appoved before my travel, will i be able to leave and enter US without any issues. 2. I have Stamped H1B Valid till June 2007. And do i need a Stamping while entering US again on the new Petition. Thanks...- mvk123

Hi All, Kindly advice me on the following Issue. I have Valid Stamped H1B till June 2007. But at the port of entry i was given I94 till Oct 2005. So i have applied for H1B Visa extension.
