Is it possible for someone holding a Canadian visa with an expired F1 visa stamp travel to Canada and return to the US under the AVR provision after traveling to another country from Canada.

221g means to go get your facts in order and come back...........it's not a full out right denial.

I have the same situation they say you can apply for a new stamp because you are entitled to get a new stamp. But the intended immigrant burden becomes bigger, so u must prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that you WILL return your home country.

Your financial support simply means if the money your father has in the bank is equal or greater than how much the school says is the total cost of attendance for 1 year at the school. So if the total cost of attendance (tuition + room & board + insurance + books + misc) = $10,000 US Dollars...
