Absolutely Rubbish.
We (me my wife and my 3 yr old daughter) flew to sydney from SFO on 7th Aug and came back on 16th Aug just 2 days ago. Never heard of what you are saying.
We both even got our h1b stamped at Sydney consulate.
dumb question, but since I don't know the answer I'll ask. I've been in US on h1b from last 4 years and never gone out, altough I changed jobs and have three I-94's.
Now their are two slips at the bottom of my latest 797(approval notice), one of them says personal copy and another copy says...
I applied for an H1 extension on Nov 10th 2003 for my expiring H1b(expired on Dec 2003). Living upto its reputation my H1 apprvoal hasn't come in yet. Now I've following question.
1) I received 3 copies of Advance Parole on May 2004 valid till May 2005. Can I travel abroad using AP and while...
Here are my 2 cents.
I usually read the first post(oldest) and if content is of any intrest then I click the last page to get current update, which works great for me everytime.
And sometime I read through complete post if I need to extract some information joining clues from different...
Same boat.
Please share your experience, I probably be going to Australia around Aug/Sept, for initializing my PR. I would need H1b re-validated to enter back into US.
Also any idea which counslate has the quickest turnaround time(Mel/syd/Perth)
Thanks in advance.
Did you ever got hold of JIM
I think Mr. Jim is a real busy man, I tried reaching him via email to take my case, Haven't head back from him.
What about you?
Thanks
Since nobidy is replying I assume everybody earns more then prevailing wage.
So to get to prevailing wage level (or 5% within) can you add overtime pay and 401k match ?
Thanks a bunch in advance for replying.
Employer right. But you pay through a bank draft or Money Order anyways. It doesn't matter who makes it you your employer or anybody.
Go to Stop and shop make a money order for $130, it doesn't have any payee information.
Atleast I paid for all my H1's and GC's labor like this.
Prevailing level2 wage for Systems Analysts is around 75k in my area. My wife gets around 66K. Her H1b is up for renewal. Their is no way the company would consider a pay hike.
What's the Workaround?. Is this even an issue?
Guys help me out here.
Thanks
