    Absolutely Rubbish. We (me my wife and my 3 yr old daughter) flew to sydney from SFO on 7th Aug and came back on 16th Aug just 2 days ago. Never heard of what you are saying. We both even got our h1b stamped at Sydney consulate.

    Renew H1b with less then Prevailing Wage

    Since nobidy is replying I assume everybody earns more then prevailing wage. So to get to prevailing wage level (or 5% within) can you add overtime pay and 401k match ? Thanks a bunch in advance for replying.

    Employer right. But you pay through a bank draft or Money Order anyways. It doesn't matter who makes it you your employer or anybody. Go to Stop and shop make a money order for $130, it doesn't have any payee information. Atleast I paid for all my H1's and GC's labor like this.

    Prevailing level2 wage for Systems Analysts is around 75k in my area. My wife gets around 66K. Her H1b is up for renewal. Their is no way the company would consider a pay hike. What's the Workaround?. Is this even an issue? Guys help me out here. Thanks
