Hi Everybody, My present H1 expired on sept 30 2003, I applied for H1 renewal on august 5th 2003. I waited until November 2003, Then I upgraded it to premium processing . I got approved on December 16th 2003. But INS sent my approval notice to a different address. Again we called back to them...

HI, My H1 Visa expired on sept 30th 2003, I applied for Extension on Aug 5th. It seems it may take another 2-3 months to get my visa. I have one question, Can I upgrade my visa processing to premium status now. Please let me know if you have any information. Thank You.
