me too My PD is April 2002 , but i applied concurrent I-140/485 in May 2005 . No LuDS after second fingerprinting Though i have a question - what does it mean when they issue a second fingeeprint . Does it mean NC is complete ? Thanks

Withdraw I-140 can the employer withdraw the I-140 after it is approved . if so within how many days ?

I- 485 If you use AC 21 to change your employer after 180 days of filing I-140 (approved) and I - 485 (pending ), how do you get hold of your 485 . I just have the recipt . The lawyer or the previous employer will not send you the 485 . I heard it gets send at home . is it true
