I am also from ASIA and my CN is 27XXX, now I am in USA, I got the 2nd letter just few days ago. So, do we need to wait for our turn i.e. CN Current. Before this can we not process for visa interview? I am also not geting hope because in Visa Buletin the CN is increasing very slowly. Can we make medical certificate in advance so that at the time of interview it may be easy to proceed? Can you we pay the fee DV Progrm, St Louis Missouri in advance i.e. before CN getting CURRENT?
Please share your experience, my case is also matching with your so I contacted you. Hoping to hear from you.
