bhartiy , Don't worry too much about it... what ever trends I have seen for past couple of months or so... NSC is approving most of cases in 10-20 days after receipt of RFE (specially EVL).... so wait for one week or so and your case should get approved.... good luck ...

I will vote for technical glitch or some other issue... as I sent the RFE response on 5/20... my status changed on 5/28 to received and I did got email... on 6/3 the date again changed but status was same so did not got any email... on 6/8 got the email that my case is approved... and...

Got RFE on 4/22 Attorney mailed the response to INS on 5/20 received by INS on 5/21... on 5/28 the Online message changed " saying that they have received the response... RFE received - 4/22 mailed 5/20 received by INS 5/21 message changed 5/28 Thanks, Manoj

AMN, couple of things... 1. since the INS changed the site, the macro needs an update to work with new site.... 2. in the new site they have clause that you should only use it for the tracking personal cases.... mainly becuase of the second reason I am bit reluctant to try the macro...

Hariyaali, G28 is for indiavidual cases, You have to ask you new attorney to send new G-28 for all of your cases again. and only then INS will send the response to new attorney.....

TheEnquirer, I have always sent all ead/ap renewal using FedEx overnight... and always got the RD as next day... But I will suggest that you send at a week (at least 2-3days) before your last date of RFE response.
