spidey, i also had lud on 03/23 like you. later i was told from USCIS that my case is assigned to Adjudicator. since then i am waiting without sleep. also my PD is current from Apr 1st..

you can file 485 after Petition date becomes current You can file your 485 after Visa Buttelin dates for EB1 crosses your priority date. Currently for EB1 the date is 1st Jul 05. The date should cross your 140 filing date then you are eligible. The visa bulletin is released once in a month...

question if the case is assigned to adjudgicator, can i assume all checks are complete ?
