The approval notice *is* the piece of paper that the plastic card was glued to. You'll see that the piece of paper has I797 in the corner, a 797 is a notice document.

Can you guys talk in English (the language of the country you want to immigrate to) instead of some local language that you might know? There's a bunch of us who don't know your language.

Yes You *must* update the I-9 that your employer has on file for you, because you are now not in H1 status but a permanent resident. This is law, even if you just work for one more day for them.
