What does the certified disposition say? U need to see what the outcome is on paper. Immigration will look at that only..

goood luck... I gave you that website so you can contact them and they will tell you what u need to do. They are obviously not lawyers. They do work for free and they will guide you in the right direction without a charge. So you dont have to spend too much money on lawyer consultations.

Haid 420..They are really interested in the outcome of the arrest. If it was dismissed, there is nothing to vacate. Only worry if there was a fine of $500+ or if you were sentenced to 1 year+ of jail or probation. If you were cought with less than 30 grams of weed u'll be ok, just disclose it...

figuered I bump this up, had myinterview 10/13 ... decision couldnt be made. Application has to go through a supervisor due to arrests i had in 97 and 99. Hopefully i get and answer soon... 1 quick question! will I get a decision letter and an oath letter if approved or , will I get just an oath...

I agree with ^^^, First look into spending a few bucks on a consultation on a lawyer. or for "free" talk to www.immigrationdefenseproject.org. But for real, you should wait 5+ years from the date your probation ends.
