h1 transfer status
He is going to convert the company C H1 process to premium so that he will have approved h1 in july 03 itself . To show the status for jan-june 03 , does the h1 receipt copy + pay stubs help ? I saw few topics here which says H1 without I-94 . Does that apply here Thanks kumar- kumarmp

My friend got laid off from company A by Dec 2002 . But he joined company B after 2 weeks and transfered the H1 to company B . company A h1 is valied till oct 2003 . He got receipt for H1 transfer for company B on jan 2003 . June 2003 he resigned from company B and joined company C...- kumarmp
