My dad had petitioned for my brother in 2007 nov. INS had sent us letter asking for some docs and we never received that letter. My brother file has been closed/denied saying that we never sent them the required docs. And any appeal will not help to reopen the case. Can anyone help me what should I do?? If we havent received the letter that is not our fault ad case should be reopened at our appeal. Please suggest what shud done.
