Hi there, I e- filed an I-90 back in July 05. My application is obviously stuck at TSC. The last notice I did receive back in NOV. says they need up to 275 days to process the application. I am getting little impatient here. Should I inquire in writing? The phone no. on the notice is...

It's almost Feb. now and I still have not heard from TSC. I e- filed in early July...anyone in the same situation? I'm getting really antsy now.

Has anyone gotten any news? After the last notice on 11/16 via email I did not receive anything... I need to travel next week, thank god I never had to submit my original card! Thanks for any updates!

@adibazz: Did you also receive the biometrics appointment online or via mail or both? I'm asking because I live in FL and the postal service is still a nightmare after Hurricane Wilma....I'm afraid that part of my mail gets lost or something...

Update on my case: I just got an update saying my application was received "here" and it takes between 225- 275 days to process my application... I'm getting really frustrated, I have no idea where "here" is...initially my case was transferred to TSC... Did anyone get something similar???

Hi there, has anyone with a transferred I-90 heard from Texas Service Center? I still have my GC with the typo and need to travel to Europe in Dec. Just wondering if I should get my passport stamped or anything... I travelled many times with the GC, never a problem, I just don't know...

Just noticed that my notice doesn't show my SSN...it that thet case on everybody elses notice??? Also it says MSC for Service Center...my GC was mailed from the Texas Service Center...what is MSC???? :confused:

I would wait, it takes up to 90 days from the receipt date, so your case is still within the timeframe. I'm just as frustrated as you are, but if we start filing again, the mess will be complete because there will be 2 different cases flying around. They should transfer the cases to the...

The USCIS website is full of conflicting info about this...I don't see why we should fill out a new application, that would start a new case. They should be able to transfer the cases and provide the correct info, even the customer service had no idea what is going on now.

You can only apply for the refund after USCIS has determined that it is an error on their behalf. This is all quite a mess...

The application will be transfered to the Service center. If you file again you will have two applications pending. I got told today that it's not necessary to file again.
