did you by any chance get an a Request for Evidence (RFE) prior to getting interview?

Is this a standard request that everyone gets? or are they really looking for more evidence? We are students and dont have more evidence then joint checking, couple of credit cards bills and just a recent lease agreament from a month ago. I am just curious what should we send. I am kinda...

I am USC, married to non-USC who is overseas. Our I-130 got approved. How soon should i fill out I-485 ( and should i wait for her I-94 before i do that)? Thanks a lot for any input.

Hi, I am USC...my wife is abroad (non-Us born). Our I-131 went through and she got an interview coming up. Should i file I-485 as well or does she automatically get her conditional GC? thanks.

I am a US citizen and got married to my non-US born wife outside of US. She has a Consulate Interview tomorrow at the embassy to obtain visa to come to USA. The question is: Does she get her Conditional GC ( since we have been married less then 2y) right away?...or do we need to file...
