Congrats Sivam My DOL RD is 12/05 and Case No 372x. I hope I will get good news in a day or two. I am surprised how come case No jumped from 34xx to 37xx in just one day.

Thanks JRchicago It looks like approval rate is very very slow. I wish I had been a landscape worker, if not a faculty member. Plase post such data regularly. DL took more than 10 days to move from 3100 to 3400.

Looks like DOL is moving very slowly again The DOL processing time was consistently around 3 months for the last few months. But now it appears that it might go beyond 3 1/2 to 4 Months. This in addition to Texas casing being moved to Nebraska and Vermont (for 140 and 485), looks like long days...

Does yr case appear in dol e-mail system? I also got confirmation from my attorney saying that my case was transferred to DOL on 11/30. But I don\'t see that still in dol-email system. My attorney (fragomen) is not giving me any more details on it. I wish my company hired someone else, who is...

Mine is also filed in Aug. Mine is also filed in Aug. Lawyer said he sent it on Aug 16th. Not sure what is happening. For sure it did not reach DOL (I could not see mine using e-mail system) and is still with SESA. I am very eager. Could some one please post any new approvals or dates? Thanks

No Title you mean filed at SESA on 24th August or moved to FED on August 24th. This appears very surprising because every one is talking about June cases and you are talking about August case, that too getting cleared in a month. Could you please post the details? Thanks in advance.

Received Hard copy on 04/05/02 At last My attorney received hard copy. All th best to all of you. I think I will move to 140 forum now. Thanks to All.

Things did not really slowed down. For the last one months the lead time is around 3 Montths 15 days to 20 days. For that matter ine took 3 months 17 days. Some times DOL doesn\'t update the status in their database. You might suddenly see a lot of cases cleared one day.
