Hi Guys, I am filing I-485 with my wife and she is the major applicant and I am the dependent. I only have I-485 filing information and don't have I-140 approval. My H1-B will reach 7th year. Could I still need renew H1-B or I have to change to EAD? How often do I need to renew it? Thanks!
