    Hi JILL Lucky, do you mean bring the partner to the US? Well you can choose not to bring them to the US but they MUST attend the interview at the embassy.

    Probably...I suspect they will use what was used in DV2014. Are you from Uganda or Kenya?

    So from Uganda they will need your A Level certificate with atleast 1 principle pass and 1 Secondary pass or what we call a subsidiary pass
