No - we have not heard of any approvals over the last week. I guess PBEC has gone into hibernation again. They make a few approvals and then they have a software glitch for a few weeks.

u are right. I think VA cases were opened first. Now that they seem to be sending out 45 day letters for NY/NJ, they may start processing the 2001 cases from NY/NJ. So California 2002 cases will probably wait for another year.

If you look at the Philadelphia approval thread you see that case # Case #: P-05076-xxxxx was approved. This was from VA. So they are definitely not going in any order. There is no method to their madness
