Would you think a small company <5 employees , but with financial ability (cash in bank account) to pay wages for 2+ years could sucessfully sponsor a GC for an employee who was previously sucessfully sponsored for L-1A (executive) ??

I thought that since I have an L1-A and the requirments for a GC are alsmot the same, proving financial ability of the company to pay the wages would be enought allthough at the moment it isnot making a profit which is normal in most new companies specialy with the current economy.

I would guess one way would be to show the ability to pay your wages for a certain ammount of time, with for example, a bank statement showing enough $$ in it.
